Vancouver, BC (PRWEB) May 19, 2009 -- Hire a personal chef. Chicago's Inevitable Table has moved its headquarters to Vancouver, BC. Inevitable Table brings personal chef services, food shopping and menu planning to individuals and families interested in delicious, clean, healthy food.
Founded in 2007 by Chef Sam Kass, the Inevitable Table has been the Obama's personal chef service of choice. Since joining the presidential family in Washington DC as Assistant White House Chef and Food Initiatives Coordinator, Kass has handed the reigns over to fellow chef Anthony Nicalo of Vancouver, BC.
Nicalo shares Kass' vision for Inevitable Table. As Kass says, "we are guides who navigate our clients through the chaos of food choices, one person at a time, one family at a time. Through healthy meals, we share our understanding of how food can improve our health, increase our energy, and connect us with our land and local community in a sustainable way. With our support, the table once again claims a central place in the home, enriching our bodies, lives and relationships."
Anthony Nicalo is the founder of vinaroon wine importer, Farmstead Wines, and the co-founder of FarmFed, a not-for-profit organization changing the way the world thinks about food and farming to build support for transparent, traceable and sustainable food systems.
"I am excited to bring Inevitable Table to Vancouver," says Nicalo. "Having cooked with Sam for several years, I know that the local bounty here in British Columbia will fit perfectly with Inevitable Table's philosophy of clean, delicious, healthy food."
